Toward a happier and inclusive community
With a strong focus to enrich and enhance the lives of our participants, Crosslinks was formed by the Disabilities Services Commission (Department of Communities – Disability Services) in 1996 as a model agency.
We create individualised support plans that focus on a participant’s potential. We provide flexible, innovative and personalised options for individuals with disabilities of all ages (13 upwards) and their families. When it comes to choosing a Disability Support Worker, we understand the importance of the right ‘fit’, seeking out those who align with only the highest professional standards drawing on human facing skills to bring out the best in you. Any profits we make go back into the enhancement of your services and experiences, so you get the most out of your time with us as we respond swiftly to your needs and the changes within the industry.
Currently we have over 180 employees and provide services to:
- 126 Participants for community inclusive choices
- 45 Participants for RAP
- 39 Residents, shared and supportive accommodation
- 54 Coordination services to participants accessing the NDIS.
Our board of directors are volunteers drawn from the broader community overseeing the strategic direction of the organisation. We encourage families, employees, members of the community as well as representatives from the Department of Communities – Disabilities Services, NDIS and supporting local businesses to attend our AGM.
