Create & Connect: An Art Workshop for Carers

Create & Connect is a joyful, low-pressure art workshop designed especially for carers who need a break, a laugh, and a way to have some creative fun. This session is all about switching off, socialising, and enjoying the simple pleasure of painting – no experience needed at all!

You’ll be guided step-by-step by a professional artist, who’ll help you create your own unique piece of artwork to take home. There’s no “right” or “wrong” here – just colour, creativity, and the freedom to express yourself in a supportive, friendly space.
