Free Cooking Series for Carers – Putting the Fun Back in Mealtimes
Do you feel like planning healthy meals is just one more stressful thing to think about? If you’ve ever stood in the kitchen at 5pm wondering what to cook (with zero energy left), you’re not alone.
That’s why, thanks to Carers WA, we’re so excited to offer a free two-part cooking series for carers in Perth, in partnership with Foodbank’s nom! program.
The big bonus? It’s completely free!
Learn Simple, Healthy Meals (Without the Stress)
We’ve joined forces with Foodbank WA to deliver nom! – a fun, practical cooking and nutrition program designed for real people with real lives.
Their experienced nutritionists and dietitians have been delivering evidence-based nutrition education across WA for over 16 years, and they’re now sharing it with our community.
You don’t need fancy skills. You don’t even need to know how to boil an egg. This program is for everyone.
