If you’re a carer supporting a loved one, you’re probably so focused on the person you’re supporting that your own wellbeing gets pushed aside.
This free Carers Wellness Series in Perth is your invitation to pause, refill your own cup, reconnect with yourself, and walk away with practical tools to feel better, every day.
Led by Angela Black Wellness and funded by Carers WA, this free 4-week program is thoughtfully designed for carers supporting someone with disability, mental health challenges or complex needs.
Whether you’re caring for a family member or friend, this program is a gentle, supportive space to restore your wellbeing.
Each session is trauma-informed and completely accessible – perfect for all bodies, ages and experience levels. You don’t need to be “fit” or “spiritual”. You just need to show up, as you are.
What’s Included
Each weekly session includes:
- Yoga therapy – gentle, adaptive movement to release stress and tension
- Breathwork – easy-to-use techniques for daily stress and overwhelm
- Mindfulness and meditation – helping you build emotional clarity and balance
- Sound healing – using crystal bowls, chimes and therapeutic instruments for deep relaxation

Stress Relief & Emotional Regulation
Ease tightness with yoga therapy, calming breathwork and guided meditation.
Week 3 – Tues 14 April
Restoring Energy & Preventing Burnout
Explore calming practices for fatigue and overwhelm, ending with a deeply restful sound immersion.
Week 4 – Tues 21 April
Integration & Sustainable Self-Care
Build lasting tools for daily regulation and emotional balance.
