Bassendean SIL Home Is Ready To Welcome It’s Newest Housemate

A social, welcoming home with an ensuite, sunny outdoor space and shops and transport close by.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers a comfortable space to make your own, with plenty of opportunities to connect over shared interests. The vacant bedroom has its own private ensuite and room for you to bring your own furniture, including a wardrobe, so you can set up the space to feel like yours.

We’re looking for a male housemate who enjoys getting out in the community and would feel at home in a friendly, social environment.

This home would suit someone who:

  • Enjoys being active in the community and getting out and about
  • Likes socialising with housemates while still having their own space and independence
  • Has an interest in music, gaming, technology or other hobbies they might enjoy sharing with others
  • Would enjoy living in a social setting, with opportunities to connect with people in the neighbouring Crosslinks home
  • Is looking for a comfortable home where connection and common interests can become part of everyday life

 

Whether you’re playing some music, gaming, heading out into the community or simply enjoying some downtime in your own space, this Bassendean home offers a great balance of independence and connection.

The Vibe

Music, gaming and good company.

The current housemate enjoys online gaming, playing guitar, singing and taking apart electronic devices. They enjoy having their own interests while also being open to spending time together and connecting over shared hobbies.

The property is also connected to the neighbouring duplex, where another person supported by Crosslinks lives. The connecting door between the homes is often left open, creating a friendly, social environment and more opportunities for connection.

If you enjoy being active in the community but also like the occasional chat, jam session or shared interest at home, you could be a great fit.

The Spaces

The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the available bedroom featuring its own private ensuite.

There’s space to bring your own furniture, including a wardrobe, giving you the freedom to make your bedroom feel comfortable and personal.

The shared lounge is spacious, with two large lounges and a large flat-screen TV – a comfortable spot to relax, watch something together or spend some downtime at home.

The Extras

Step outside and there’s plenty of room to enjoy the Perth sunshine.

The garden includes a six-seater outdoor setting and a sunny open area, plus a BBQ space that’s great for getting together and enjoying a meal outside.

There’s also a large clothesline and convenient side-gate access.

An onsite vehicle is available, making it easier to get out and about for activities, appointments and time in the community.
