Nando commenced at Crosslinks in March this year with big plans of learning some more skills to be able to move into his own home in the near future.
His top goals were to find a job and cook his own meals. After a few weeks of coming to the Cale Street head office to cook his lunch, we started looking for volunteer jobs within the Midland area. He was lucky
enough to be offered a role at Vinnies Midland.
Nando has now been a volunteer at Vinnies since July and in that time has been learning lots of new skills and is well on the way to meeting his long term goal.
