Brandon works out
Making the most of the sunshine, Brandon recently tried out the exercise equipment along the river in Woodbridge with his support worker Victor cheering him on.
Crosslinks is a not-for-profit organisation that has proudly supported people with disabilities since 1996. Our team of more than 220 staff provide disability support services to hundreds of people all over the Perth metropolitan area from our base in Midland. Our services include Community Participation, Adult & Youth Social Clubs, Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation, and Support Coordination.
We are a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) registered provider so you can be assured that our services and supports meet the level of quality and safety in the NDIS Practice Standards. Also, as a not-for-profit organisation, our profits are invested back into delivering and improving the services we offer participants.
Crosslinks helps you achieve your Community Participation goals. We provide at-home support and help people with a disability, enjoy and connect with their local community. We start with the goals in your NDIS plan and together we work out what you’d like to do and how to achieve them.
Many people with disabilities have expressed a desire in their NDIS plans to make friends, learn new skills and have fun. Crosslinks is the ideal place for you! We always have something happening with our Adult Social Club (called RAP) and our Youth Social Club (for those 17 and under). We also run weekly community activities like karaoke and art classes. Check out what’s happening on our Activities calendar.
Crosslinks specialises in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. We provide participants with a safe, permanent, welcoming home, with the right supports. Discuss your accommodation needs with us.
Our Support Coordinators work with you to implement and maximise your NDIS Plan. Our experienced team have worked in the disability sector for many years and have a thorough understanding of the NDIS. They appreciate that plan implementation can be a confusing process and their role is to help you secure quality, cost-effective disability services that are right for you.

Just a little apprehension at first before Lisa relaxed and enjoyed the sensation of riding the Liberty Swing
Wow that looks like fun! Mikyla (Supported by Jenny) cruised along the river in style with a Trishaw ride.
