Bringing out the best in you

Bringing out the best in you

Crosslinks is a not-for-profit organisation that has proudly supported people with disabilities since 1996. Today, our team of around 220 staff provide support services to hundreds of people all over the Perth metropolitan area from our base in Midland.

We are a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider so you can be assured that our services and supports meet the level of quality and safety stated in the NDIS Practice Standards. Also, as a not-for-profit organisation, our profits are invested back into delivering and improving the services we offer participants.

Crosslinks helps people with a disability link to their local community. Our Community  Participation service (which we call Community Inclusion) promotes independence, inclusion, choice and fun. We start with the goals in your NDIS plan and together we work out what you’d like to do and how to achieve them.

MAKE FRIENDS, learn new skills & have fun!

Many people with disabilities have expressed a desire in their NDIS plans to make friends, learn new skills and have fun. Crosslinks is the ideal place for you! We always have something happening with weekly activities such as drumming, art classes, stretching, adult and youth social clubs and much more.

Some of our activities are open to the general public and others are exclusive to Crosslinks participants. Check out what’s coming up on our Activities calendar

providing a safe, long-term & welcoming home

Crosslinks specialises in providing people with a safe, long-term and welcoming home. A place where you can stay for years, knowing that your particular physical and health requirements are fully catered for. We have homes in Ashfield, Bassendean, Caversham, Ellenbrook, Midland and Rivervale. Discuss your needs with us

Successfully manage your Plan, your way

A Crosslinks Support Coordinator can work with you to implement and maximise your NDIS Plan. All our team are independent, have worked in the disability sector for many years and have a thorough understanding of the NDIS. They appreciate that plan implementation can be a confusing process and they are available to answer your questions and help you secure quality, cost-effective services that are right for you.
