In collaboration with Bradford Institute of Advanced Education, GIFSA Kalgoorlie, Midwest Community Living Association, i-induct, the FTSW initiative provided a revolutionary pathway for the professional development of Support Workers, enabling them to gain formal qualifications.

This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in developing and rolling out this one-of-a-kind training program, which is now making waves nationally.
