At Crosslinks, we know that being a parent or carer for someone with a disability can feel like you’re carrying the world on your shoulders. That’s why we’re proud to offer more than just services – we offer connection.

Carers Connect is a friendly, informal group made up of parents and carers who have walked a similar path. Many have been part of Crosslinks for years, and they’re passionate about helping others feel seen, heard and supported.

This group plays an important role in shaping how we deliver our disability support services in Perth – making sure families always have a strong voice at the table.
