Dawn’s got more than 20 years of nonprofit know-how under her belt, leading services across WA and the UK – but it’s her passion for people, fairness and fun that really drives her. She’s all about reducing the gap of inclusion and believes everyone has a role to play in creating communities where everyone feels welcome.

As a proud advocate for the disability sector, Dawn brings energy, empathy and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. She’s here to make sure support feels meaningful – and that joy is always part of the journey.

Simone keeps the numbers running smoothly at Crosslinks. Originally from Germany, Simone spent over a decade in big-bank finance before discovering her true calling: using her skills to make a difference in the not-for-profit world. With a head for strategy and a love of purpose-driven work, Simone has loved working alongside a passionate team and navigating the ever-changing world of the NDIS.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across disability, aged care, and employment services in both Australia and the UK – plus earlier roles in finance and retail – Jason brings a strong mix of business know-how and people skills. He’s all about clear communication, strong teamwork, and making sure both staff and participants feel genuinely supported. He is passionate about person-centred support and committed to creating a positive work culture where everyone feels supported and has room to grow.

I’ve been part of the Crosslinks Board since 2015 and currently serve as Chair. With over 30 years’ experience in public service across psychology, policy, planning and executive leadership, I’m passionate about supporting people with disability and creating ethical, inclusive services. My son Matthew is a proud Crosslinks participant, and I’m deeply committed to helping the organisation continue delivering the fun, connection and support that brings him — and many others — so much joy.

I’ve been involved with Crosslinks since its founding in 1996 and now serve as Treasurer. With a background in corporate and executive leadership in the State Government, I bring business expertise and a connection with the disability sector. As a former Chair and lifelong advocate for quality support, I continue to serve on the Board to help guide Crosslinks through the opportunities and challenges of the NDIS landscape.

As a mum of two NDIS participants, I’m proud to bring my lived experience to the Crosslinks Board. With over 20 years of professional experience in environmental, sustainability and heritage impact, I’ve worked across both public and private sectors, specialising in ESG, risk, approvals and compliance. A Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course, I’m passionate about influencing our society to see the Abilities in people with DisAbilities, and value the people-first attitude that Crosslinks champions and delivers in the disability sector.

I joined the Crosslinks Board in 2024, bringing over 14 years’ legal experience in employment, workplace safety, and industrial relations. I’m currently a senior lawyer at Sparke Helmore, working across a broad range of sectors including government, mining, transport, and retail. I’m passionate about using my legal expertise to support organisations that make a real difference. Through my work with Crosslinks and other community legal centres, I’m proud to contribute to a more inclusive and supportive future for people with disability.

I joined the Crosslinks Board in 2016 and feel privileged to be part of a team so committed to its values and community impact. Originally from the UK, I’m a qualified accountant and Registered Auditor with a passion for supporting not-for-profits through the challenges and changes of the NDIS. Outside of work, I love playing softball, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending time with my husband and two daughters exploring Perth’s beaches and cafes.

With a career spanning federal and state government, not-for-profits, elite sport, science, and even zoos, I bring broad experience and a strong belief in inclusive leadership to the Crosslinks Board. I’m the former CEO of Leadership WA, a proud dragon-boating bronze medallist, and an Order of Australia Medal recipient for services to business and community. A civil celebrant, language-lover, and board member of Perth Symphony Orchestra, I’m passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to live a full, connected life — and I joined Crosslinks to help make that happen.

As Global Head of AI, Data & Analytics at Akkodis and Chair of its global Responsible AI Council, I bring extensive leadership in technology, AI and innovation to the Crosslinks Board. I’m passionate about using tech for good, with a strong focus on inclusivity, ethics and accessibility — values shaped by my own neurodiverse experience. Recognised nationally and internationally for my work, I’ve led award-winning AI projects and championed diversity through my role in DEI leadership. Outside of work, I’m a proud Labrador dad to Obi and love diving into creative hobbies — from chilli farming to blacksmithing — and contributing to community causes through groups like Rotary.

Having spent over 40 years in the Human Services sector, my career has included leading one of Australia’s largest Disability Learning and Compliance Software companies, as well as a national Human Services consultancy. Trained originally as a nurse and holding qualifications in Social Science, I’ve always been driven by a passion for people and community. Now retired, I look forward to contributing my experience to the Crosslinks Board and support an organisation that puts people first and makes a real difference in challenging times.
