Lachlan is one of our Support Workers in Community Inclusion – known for his genuine compassion and commitment to making each day count for the people he supports. He’s always making fun memories with participants, whether it’s on a party bus or heading out for bowling.

Mandy is the creative force behind some of the most exciting new programs at RAP Club. She listens to what participants want and turns their ideas into real, inclusive experiences — like the wildly popular paint and sip night, complete with non-alcoholic wine, music, games and plenty of laughs.
What’s the best thing about working for Crosslinks?
Joining Crosslinks was the beginning of an exciting new chapter in my support work journey. I came in fresh and eager to learn, and I’ve been so lucky to have an incredibly supportive manager guiding me every step of the way. I’m now studying for a qualification in community services and loving the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop my skills further in such a positive environment.
Service Operations Manager – Community Inclusion
Christie leads our Community Inclusion and Activities teams here at Crosslinks, supporting day-to-day operations and team coordination. She’s all about creating a positive, supportive space where people feel valued and set up for success.

Ryan brings energy, care and a bit of footy banter to every shift. He’s a passionate AFL and cricket fan, but puts an even bigger shout out to the opportunities Crosslinks provides support workers to grow. He loves being part of a team that truly values its people.

Steve is the go-to man for Support Workers in Community Inclusion. A chilled out dad of 2, he is very supportive of his team and focuses on empowering people to be the best they can be to succeed.
