What can I expect in the recruitment process?
- We will review your application and if you meet the criteria for the role, we will contact you for an initial phone interview.
- If your phone interview is successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview.
- If you are successful in the interview, we will ask your permission to contact two recent referees who can comment on your work history.
- Depending on the role you have applied for, there are a range of pre-employment checks that will need to be done, including NDIS Worker Screening and Police Clearance.
- If we offer you a role, you will need to pass a medical assessment including a blood and alcohol test.
- Depending on the role, you may undertake a comprehensive induction process so you feel informed and confident about starting your new job.
