Crosslinks Disability Support Services in Perth recognises the importance of upskilling employees.
Whether you’re new to Crosslinks or have been a part of the team for a while, the Fast Tracking a Skilled Workforce (FTSW) initiative gives employees the opportunity to apply for selected Certificate III, IV or Diploma courses in a relevant field.
Thanks to funding provided through the NDS ‘Disability Workforce Development and Retention Fund’, completing these courses will be completely FREE.
As you complete existing employee training, these learnings will fast-track you towards nationally recognised formal qualification, with costs covered by Crosslinks (subject to terms and conditions).
This unique opportunity provides clear career pathways for Disability Support Workers for Disability Support Workers to expand their skills which they will continue to benefit from throughout their careers.

- Certificate III in Community Services
- Certificate IV in Community Services
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Diploma of Community Services
