BOARD DIRECTOR
I bring extensive experience and leadership in Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the board. My day role is the Global Head of AI, Data & Analytics at Akkodis, I also chair the global Akkodis Responsible AI Council, and sit on the global Adecco Group “AI Ethics Committee”. I have worked and led multiple award winning innovation projects that significantly contributed to innovation, growth and industry recognition. In AI alone I have spent nearly a decade working and leading teams to create pioneering solutions in autonomous decision-making agents, integrated virtual assistants, and generative AI.
Recognized nationally and internationally for my ‘innovative’ mindset, I have earned multiple accolades, including being a New Colombo Scholarship recipient and receiving a full scholarship from the AICD and Australian Network on Disability to complete the company directors source, as well as being named the nationwide top performer and the nationwide top thought leader at The Adecco Group Australia. I am an active champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion and co-lead Akkodis Australia’s DEI committee. My unique perspective, shaped by my neurodiversity and experience in strategic leadership roles, contributes to my effectiveness in developing teams, shaping strategies, and steering technological initiatives.
My involvement in Crosslinks aligns deeply with my commitment to inclusivity and diversity. I believe in leveraging technology to create accessible and equitable solutions for all, including those with disabilities. My personal journey and struggles with my neurodiversity has also shaped my perspective on the need for inclusive services and policies and I am dedicated to ensuring that the voices and needs of those with disabilities are represented at the strategic decision-making level and that their rights and dignity are upheld in a manner that Crosslinks excels in.
On a personal level, I am a loving dog dad of my Labrador: Obi. I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and by balanced, I mean balancing as many things as I can manage. I am naturally curious and happy to discuss all manner of things, hobbies of mine have included: Home Skincare, Scuba Diving, Blacksmithing, Chilli Farming, Carpentry, Cooking, Leatherworking and Rock Climbing. I find diverse hobbies allows me to engage my creativity and explore new perspectives outside of the technology sphere. Moreover, I have always been active in my local community, believing in the power of community engagement and service. I have been involved with leadership positions in Rotary and greatly enjoy contributing my time and talents towards enriching my community.
